Privacy policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

How we process your personal data when you visit the website or fill in one of our forms.

2.1. Our principles and the purpose of this policy

At IBF Trainers we are committed to respecting your privacy and guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of your personal data, in accordance with applicable data protection law. This commitment rests on three principles:

Transparency

We explain clearly what data we collect, when we collect it and what we use it for. We do not process your data in unexpected or opaque ways.

Control

You decide whether to give us your data. We do not process any personal data unless you voluntarily and expressly choose to give it to us through one of our contact forms.

Security

We adopt the technical and organisational measures necessary to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse.

2.2. Who is the data controller?

  • Controller: I Believe In Fitness, S.L. (IBF Trainers)
  • Tax ID (CIF): B44802817
  • Registered office: Avenida Francisco Fernández Ordóñez, 1, planta 4, puerta A, 28903 Getafe (Madrid)
  • Contact email: info@ibftrainers.com
  • Data protection contact email: lopd.ibftrainers@gmail.com

2.3. General principle: what data do we process simply because you visit the website?

IBF Trainers does not collect or store personal data from people who visit the website simply by browsing it. We only process personal data when the user voluntarily decides to fill in one of the contact forms available on the website and expressly gives consent by ticking the corresponding box before submitting it, or when the user accepts the analytics cookies described in section 2.4.4. Until one of these steps is taken, IBF Trainers does not collect identifying data about the visitor, beyond the technical security logs described below.

As with any website, the hosting provider automatically records certain technical connection data (for example, the IP address) for the sole purpose of ensuring the security and proper functioning of the server. This technical log is not used for commercial purposes or to build profiles, and is based on IBF Trainers' legitimate interest in protecting its website against security incidents. The same applies to the technical connection data processed by the centre finder's map provider in order to display the map (see section 2.6).

The website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure browsing behaviour and improve the website. It is only activated if the user accepts analytics cookies through the cookie panel, as described in section 2.4.4 and in the Cookie Policy. IBF Trainers does not use advertising or remarketing cookies. If other measurement tools (such as heat maps) are incorporated in the future, this policy will be updated before they are activated.

2.4. What data do we process, for what purpose and on what legal basis?

Depending on the form you choose to fill in, we process the following data:

  • On what basis? The user's consent, given through the cookie settings panel. It is not activated by default or simply by browsing.
  • What data? Browsing data associated with a cookie or device identifier (page views, interactions, device and browser type, approximate location), not directly with the person's identity.
  • Where does it come from? From the user's own browsing of the website.
  • Whose data is it? Website visitors who have consented to analytics cookies.
  • Who processes it? Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), as data processor.
  • How long is it kept? 14 months.

2.5. How long do we keep your data?

In general, we will keep your data for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining contact or the relationship arising from your request, and in any case for the periods required by law to deal with any liabilities arising from the processing. If you exercise your right to erasure, we will stop using your data for any contact purpose, keeping only the minimum information necessary to ensure you are not contacted again, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it (for example, for invoicing purposes).

2.6. Who is the data shared with? Are there international transfers?

In general, we do not disclose your data to third parties outside IBF Trainers, except where required by law. The contact form for clients may also be displayed within the Fitness Park app for its users, but it is the same IBF Trainers form: the data entered goes directly to IBF Trainers, and Fitness Park neither accesses it nor acts as a controller or processor. Your data may be processed by technology providers that provide services to IBF Trainers (for example, web hosting), acting as data processors under Article 28 of the GDPR.

The data you provide through the forms is processed within the European Economic Area. Two services on the website rely on providers that process data outside this area: (1) the centre finder uses the Esri (ArcGIS) map service, a provider established in the United States that processes certain technical connection data (such as the IP address) needed to display the map; and (2) if you accept analytics cookies, browsing data will be processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to Google LLC, in the United States. Both providers are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, whose European Commission adequacy decision permits such transfers, and Esri additionally applies standard contractual clauses. If another tool is incorporated in the future whose provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the provider and the safeguards applied will be stated here.

2.7. What rights do you have as a data subject?

As a data subject, you have the right to exercise the following rights against IBF Trainers at any time and free of charge:

  • Withdrawal of consent: you may withdraw the consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before.
  • Access: to obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and a copy of it.
  • Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: to request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
  • Restriction: to request that we restrict the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Objection: to object to the processing of your data on grounds relating to your particular situation.
  • Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

You can exercise these rights by writing to lopd.ibftrainers@gmail.com, attaching a copy of a document proving your identity. We will reply within a maximum of one month, extendable by two further months in cases of particular complexity.

If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (C/ Jorge Juan, 6 — 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es).

2.8. Changes to this privacy policy

IBF Trainers may update this privacy policy to adapt it to changes in legislation or case law, or to changes in the data processing carried out. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
